The 4th annual Ricky B’Day event at Morris Mountain ORV is going down November 26th-28th!  RBD originated as a celebration of Ricky B’s birthday, and this year is the big 21!  Years past this event has been an exclusive invite-only event, but this year it is open to everyone!  So tell your friends and bring your rig to the biggest wheelin’ party of the year!  Music, food, partying, wild late night antics, and wheelin! You won’t want to miss this!

Busted Knuckle Films will be on hand covering the event for an episode of Pirate4x4 TV. They will also be filming for their up coming Off-Road DVDs, RockRods & Southern Shenanigans II. So bring your rig and your Shenanigans to Morris Mountain ORV in Helfin, AL November 26-28th 2010 & get famous.

Don’t worry about missing the Iron Bowl. We will be tailgating and watching the Auburn Tigers take on the Alabama Crimson Tide from the the comfort of out camp chairs at Morris Mountain Campground!!!

There will be an all out run to the top of Los Primos known as the Mountain Mayhem RACE sponsored by Blue Torch Fabworks.  $1,000 payout to the winner!* The competition will be held Saturday at 9am on Los Primos. Course will start at the bottom of Los Primos, and the finish line is when you are sitting on top of the ledges at the top of primos!

Rules are simple:

  • Fastest to the top!
    No classes, run what ya brung
    No winching
    Up to 3 runs per competitor, fastest run wins

Safety requirements:
DOT approved Helmet.
Minimum of four-point harness
Roll cage

Gate Fee Cost:
$50 for the weekend
$30 per day
Camping is FREE and encouraged!

Friday: Gate opens at 8am
Saturday: Gate opens at 7am. Competition starts at 9am. Party festivities begin around 7pm at camp. Unofficial bomber race/barbie jeep race/antics to follow.
Sunday: Park closes at 6pm.

Morris Mountain is located 10 miles south of Interstate 20 on Highway 9, just East of Anniston, Alabama.  (Halfway between Birmingham and Atlanta.)

From Birmingham turn South on Highway 431,  exit # 191  Travel 9.2 miles, then turn right on Highway 9 (Hollis Crossroads).  Travel 2.6 miles, turn left on Henry Davis Road to the park entrance.

From Atlanta  turn South on Highway 9,  exit # 199.  Travel 12.8 miles, turn left on Henry Davis Road to the park entrance.
