The Busted Knuckle Films Crew headed to North Georgia last weekend for some freeride downhill mountain biking. It was a cold morning at Ridgeway Park but by the time we hiked up and bombed down the course a few times we were shedding layers. Thank goodness our shuttle driver and trailer showed up after only a few hours or we would have been gassed. This riding spot nestled in the mountains of North Georgia has some great obstacles. It is made up of three trails that range from beginner to expert. These trails feature some nice senders, a few doubles, and an assortment of rock gardens. I myself went over the handlebars quite a few times. This place definitely warrants a full face helmet and I was glad I had mine on everytime I ate it off of a jump. The park also has some cross country trails if gravity riding isnt your thing and Carters Lake is right there if you need to cool off after a hard day of riding.
