Ford Excursion vs Hell’s Revenge

Since I couldn’t talk Jamin into taking Project Towverlander our 7.3 Excursion Overland Build up Pritchett Canyon we settled for the next best thing and that is Hells Revenge Trail in Moab Utah. We built this Diesel Excursion Off Road rig to do the hard trails so we won’t be taking any bypasses. That means this 11,300 lb Ford Excursion rock crawler is going up Hells Gate whether it likes it or not. The hard part is we have to run this entire trail in time for me to catch a flight out of Moab that afternoon. Then Jamin will be driving this extreme overland excursion back home to Georgia to complete the over 5000 mile journey. We want to thank all of the partners that helped out on this build, the performance of this vehicle is a testament to how awesome their parts are. For all of you folks at home that stuck with us as we took this from concept to finished build, and now an epic adventure, THANK YOU! We can’t wait to get this thing out on the trail more as well as get started on some new Knucklehead Garage Projects so stay tuned!
